A man who was wanted on charges of distributing drugs was arrested Monday by the Montana Violent Offender Task Force.
Jerod Toavs was wanted on three counts of felony distribution of dangerous drugs. A warrant for his arrest was issued in Yellowstone County Justice Court on Oct. 7.
The task force recently learned that Toavs frequented Rimrock Mall, where he was arrested, according to U.S. Marshal Dwight MacKay.
Toavs was taken to Yellowstone County Detention Center, where he posted $10,000 bond to be released.
