Pet of the week: Sugar

Sugar, also known as "Fat Boy," is pet of the week at Rimrock Humane Society.

Sugar is a 13-pound, male, flame point Siamese cat available for adoption through Rimrock Humane Society. The 5-year-old shorthair needs a new home quickly, as his former home was lost through divorce.

Though he’s independent, Sugar still likes to cuddle, snuggle and be petted — just on his terms. The handsome cat — also lovingly called “Fat Boy” — tends to be a little lazy and likes to sleep. Sugar is accustomed to being let outside fairly often and allowed back inside when his adventures are over. He would likely have trouble converting to being an indoor-only kitty.

Sugar was raised in a home with several children, two small dogs and several cats. He got along with everyone, but he would do best in a home with one small dog, one cat or no other animals. Large dogs scare him, and he should not be around them.

Sugar is neutered, de-wormed, microchipped and current on vaccinations.

Other pets are also available for adoption through RHS.

To adopt Sugar for $90, contact RHS at its website, rimrockhumanesociety.org, or by calling 406-323-3687, or emailing schurch@rimrockhumanesociety.org.
