A man reported missing Monday in Billings was found early Tuesday morning when he was checking into a hotel, according to the Billings Police Department.
It had been about 24 hours since Kevin Leavitt, 34, had been seen in the downtown area before he was discovered at about 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Police checked on Leavitt, according to Sgt. Matt Lennick.
Monday, an initial social media post by the police department about Leavitt stated he "may be at risk due to weather and health."
