St. Vincent Healthcare logo

St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings revealed its new logo Tuesday. The new logo is part of the hospital’s effort to reflect the growth and development of its parent company SCL Health.

The heart and cross from the previous logo will remain a symbol of St. Vincent Healthcare. The cross honors the rich heritage and shared mission, while the heart reflects the passion, compassion and focus on delivering care.

“It’s fresh, it’s vibrant, it retains the essential elements of who we are and yet it informs the future of where we’re going,” St. Vincent Healthcare President and CEO Steve Loveless said of the new logo.

All of the hospitals, clinics and caregivers that form SCL Health share a history that began with the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth in Kansas in 1858.

Healthcare has changed dramatically since then, but St. Vincent Healthcare continues to honor the Sisters’ mission “to improve the health of the people and communities we serve, especially those who are poor and vulnerable,” the hospital said in a statement.
