One man died and a woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday in Billings between a motorcycle and an SUV.
According to Billings Police Sgt. Mitch Brush, the collision happened just after 2 p.m. at the intersection of 13th Street West and Avenue D. It involved a man and a woman on a motorcycle with out-of-county plates, and a Billings man driving a GMC SUV.
The motorcycle was northbound on 13th Street West and the SUV was eastbound on Avenue D at the time of the crash. The GMC entered the intersection and the motorcycle collided with the passenger side of the SUV.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and his identity has not yet been released. The female passenger was transported to a Billings hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the SUV was not injured, Brush said.
No citations have yet been issued, Brush said.
