The Billings Tennis Association's Tennis work day April 10 was a great success and I want to thank all who helped. First, we had over 50 people out cleaning, crack filling and painting, and one-half of them were in middle school, high school, or college. What a great comment on our youth!
Thanks go to all the generous donors.
Thanks to Lew Kosich and the MSUB tennis team (men and women) who contributed hard work hours even though finals are coming up. Thanks also to Jenna Ally and her Billings Senior girls' tennis team for their time and effort. Janet Marton did a great job with logistics.
In all, the courts at Pioneer Park, Rose Park, Central Park, and Lillis Park had cracks filled and were cleaned up. We finished with a wonderful barbecue.
Thanks for a great tennis work day all who helped!
