In regards to Cobb Field, maybe they should put a surcharge on tickets that people purchase to attend events there. Maybe the state would be willing to donate the WWII fuel tax of 17 cents a gallon. Also the Cincinnati Reds could help. You can't expect 30 percent of senior citizen homeowners to pay for this.
