The Constitution is a very fragile document; that is why the speaker of the House takes an oath, an oath to the office, to up hold, to protect and defend our treasured Constitution, not remove an article of the Constitution from the table!
There is clear evidence the speakers' past obstruction of justice has left our precious document unprotected and undefended. Yes, that's correct: "the past is the prologue" and it is incumbent on the speaker to own her part in this, and let truth and reconciliation be recognized - with justice and liberty for all.
In July 2008, we handed to the U.S. Speaker of the House an 82-page document in Missoula describing the criminal activities of the executive branch. We did not pluck the evidence from thin air, nor are we soft on crime. Congress must investigate the executive branch's illegal activities and clear the office of wrongdoing to salvage our precious U.S. Constitution by adhering to the oath of office.
No one expects it to be easy, but this is what Congress gets paid for. Let the first gulag in America, Guantanamo, be the last, that my grandkids and theirs will live in the sunshine of our salvaged U.S. Constitution. Please cleanse the defiled office of our executive branch with some alacrity. Otherwise the speaker is sanctioning these illegal acts by the executive for future executives. Justice protects liberty.
