On behalf of the Better Billings Foundation board of directors, we want to thank the hundreds of families and businesses who have generously contributed to the "Pool Together" capital campaign. With the construction of Billings' newest aquatic facility, officially named the Oasis, under way, in June 2012 we will celebrate the opening of a splash-filled community gathering place where our families can recreate and socialize together.
A special thank you to the committed families at Harvest Church who believed in the vision of this project coming to fruition over six years ago and trusted that setting the example of giving from the heart where there is a community need would inspire others to do the same.
We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve our community as we work to fulfill our mission of providing opportunities where kids and families thrive. We will continue to address those community needs where our kids and families are concerned with innovative programming and collaborative efforts throughout our community. Thanks again for a wonderful 2011 as we anticipate the wonderful opportunities to serve in 2012.
