Emineth

A Billings man has been jailed on federal charges of producing child pornography in the city earlier this year.

Tyler Daniel Emineth, 22, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to three counts of production of child pornography.

From January through March, Emineth produced "visual depiction(s)" of three different underage girls engaging in sexually explicit conduct, according to the indictment, filed by federal prosecutors June 21.

Each of the incidents took place in Billings, and each of the victims was under the age of 18, charges state.

Each count of producing child pornography carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, and a maximum of 30 years. He faces up to $750,000 in total fines and five years to lifetime supervised release for each count.

Emineth is currently being held in the Yellowstone County Detention Facility without bond.
