Montana State Prison inmate convicted of homicide dies in custody

A man convicted in Cascade County of deliberate homicide died Wednesday at the Montana State Prison.

Donald Dubray, 55, convicted in 1999 of deliberate homicide along with robbery and theft, died Wednesday at the Montana State Prison. An autopsy will be performed to determine a cause of death, according to a news release from the Montana State Prison. 

Dubray was sentenced to 150 years at the Montana State Prison with no time suspended. He had served about 10 percent of his total sentence.
