A Billings woman charged with more than a dozen felonies for alleged drug dealing has been approved to participate in a treatment court.

Tabitha Lydia Marie Delao, 35, was inducted into District Court Judge Mary Jane Knisely’s STEER Court in February. STEER stands for sobriety, treatment, education, excellence and rehabilitation.

Delao faced 15 felony counts after a drug bust at her Billings apartment, according to charges.

Successful program completion can result in a range of benefits to the participant, including dismissal of the charges.
