Billings’ North Elevation neighborhood will celebrate its inclusion as a National Register Historic District from 2 p.m. through 4 p.m. May 19.

The district, the Pioneer Park Neighborhood Task Force and the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Board invite residents to a formal dedication beginning shortly after 2 p.m. May 19 in the triangle park at N. 32nd Street and Avenue F.

After that dedication, activities will continue at Harper & Madison, 3115 10th Ave. N., with refreshments and food available for purchase. Accordionist Russ Engesser will provide live music. Information on taking a self-guided walking tour will be available.

On the same date, the Moss Mansion presents “A Century of Designs” for its 20th annual Heritage Home Tour, which includes two homes on N. 31st Street in the North Elevation Historic District. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the tour and are available at www.mossmansion.com, the Moss Mansion, both Gainan’s locations or at the front door of tour homes on tour day.

Tour homes will be open from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. May 19.
