Dusty Schuler, a dispatcher with the Chouteau County Sheriff's Department, said the fire burned an area 10 miles wide by 5 miles long. The blaze was reported just after 2 a.m. and was contained by 10:30 a.m.
Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the wildfire, which also burned 13 haystacks.
