VALIER — A Kingsbury Hutterite Colony man accused of sexually molesting five brothers at the colony pleaded guilty Monday in District Court.

Isaak Wurtz, 41, pleaded guilty under a plea agreement to two counts of rape and one count of felony sexual assault. In exchange, prosecutors agreed to dismiss two additional counts of rape.

The brothers worked with Wurtz in the colony's dairy barn and were molested over several years, beginning in 1994.

Wurtz was arrested last May, after the brothers' father reported allegations to the Pondera County Sheriff's Department. Wurtz spent a night in jail and was placed on house arrest at the colony.
