LIVINGSTON — Livingston police say large tires smashed through the window of one home and damaged the side of another after they were apparently rolled down a nearby hill.

Police Chief Darren Raney says the two tires appear to be from a tractor-trailer and may have been pushed down Livingston's north side hill on Halloween night. No injuries were reported.

He says a third tire, one that looked to be from a car, hit a fence.

The Livingston Enterprise reports that police suspect multiple people were involved because of the size and weight of the larger tires.

No suspects have been arrested. Raney says the action was more than vandalism, it was negligent and potentially dangerous.
