BOZEMAN - A 23-year-old man whose body was found on railroad tracks west of Belgrade over the weekend had been drinking and likely died of exposure, Coroner Duncan MacNab said Tuesday.
MacNab said the man, Joshua Worman of Manhattan, Mont., was found by a pedestrian late Saturday afternoon. It is believed he likely died Friday night, when nighttime temperatures fell to around zero, MacNab said. Worman was wearing only a denim jacket and jeans.
MacNab said a train struck the body, but officials believe Worman was already dead from exposure when he was hit.
