MISSOULA - A 41-year-old Arlee man was killed and his son and two women were injured in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 93 North near Evaro.
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Paul Pfau said the men were in a vehicle that missed a turn at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday and braked quickly. The patrol says the men's vehicle was then sideswiped by another, and it rolled.
The father was killed and the son was injured when he was ejected from the first vehicle.
Two women in the second vehicle were also hurt. All three of the injured were taken to a Missoula hospital for treatment, and at least one has been released.
Pfau says alcohol is suspected to be a factor in the crash.
No names have been released.
