HELENA — Republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Miller raised nearly $21,900 over the first three months of this year to bring his total donations to nearly $53,300 for the campaign.
Miller, an unsuccessful 2004 candidate for governor and a former state senator from Laurel, has spent more than $29,400 on his race so far to leave about $23,900 in the bank as of March 31. He has put $1,664 of his own money in the campaign.
Superintendent of Public Instruction Denise Juneau, a Democrat seeking re-election, reported raising more than $6,100 in the latest three months to bring her total contributions to $6,660. She has spent slightly more than $3,000 to leave a balance of about $3,600 in the bank on March 31.
Juneau's and Miller's reports weren't immediately available when the other candidates' reports were filed last week.
