POLSON - Lake County officials say the victim of a weekend stabbing called 911 to report that his girlfriend's son was threatening him with a knife.
Polson police officers arrived about two minutes later and found 32-year-old Frank M. He Does It had been stabbed to death.
Sheriff Lucky Larson says He Does It told dispatchers that 18-year-old Aaron Jess Spang had awakened him Saturday morning and was threatening him. Responding officers took Spang into custody as he walked away from the house.
KERR-AM reports Spang made an initial appearance before Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall Monday and was ordered held without bail on a deliberate homicide charge. A date has not been set for his arraignment in District Court.
Officials have said He Does It had recently moved to Polson from St. Xavier.
