The Montana Highway Patrol has identified a Judith Gap man who died in a one-vehicle rollover on Thanksgiving as 19-year-old Zackery Brewington.
At 11 p.m. Thursday, Brewington was driving westbound on U.S. 87/Highway 200 near Lewistown when, near mile marker 1.9, he drifted across a traffic lane and overcorrected, the MHP said. He lost control of the vehicle, which went into the median and collided with a road sign, causing it to roll once.
Brewington was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was taken to St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, where he was pronounced dead, the MHP said. Nobody else was involved in the crash.
Alcohol was a factor in the crash, the MHP said.
