CODY, Wyo. — The trial for a Wyoming man accused of killing his wife has been postponed to the one-year anniversary of her death.
The Cody Enterprise reports District Court Judge Bill Simpson on Friday decided to postpone Dennis Klingbeil's trial from March 5 to Aug. 5.
Klingbeil, of Wapiti, is accused of killing his wife, Donna Klingbeil, on Aug. 5, 2018, in their North Fork home.

Klingbeil, who has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, officially waived his right to a speedy trial last week.
The delay comes on the heels of the state's submission of a large docket of new evidence, seven days after the March trial date was set.
The judge will decide March 8 whether the new evidence may be entered into the case.
