The Shoshone National Forest will lift Stage I fire restrictions at midnight on Saturday.
Dry conditions persist, so the Forest Service is reminding people to be cautious when building and attending to campfires, according to a press release from the agency.
Build fires away from tents, structures, and overhanging trees and never leave a campfire unattended, the release states. Make sure the fire is out by drowning it with water, ensuring all embers, sticks, and coals are wet.
