CHEYENNE - The House on Thursday passed a bill that would make it a misdemeanor to knowingly harbor a convicted sex offender who was required to register with law enforcement but had not done so.
The House passed the bill 58-2 on final reading.
The measure earlier cleared the Senate. It now heads to a conference committee to negotiate the differences in the bill as it passed both chambers.
