RAWLINS, Wyo. — Memorial Hospital of Carbon County is considering setting up a foundation to raise money for capital expenses.

The Rawlins Daily Times reports the hospital board met this week to discuss the function of the proposed foundation and the makeup of its board.

The foundation's board would have eight or nine members, including at least one from the hospital board.

The hospital, in Rawlins, has 35 beds.
