CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan is now available for public review.
The plan was drafted by the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources.
The document summarizes Wyoming's recreation resources and future development needs. The plan is used to guide the distribution of federal money.
Over the years, Wyoming has received more than $33 million in federal money to build and improve playgrounds, outdoor playing fields and courts, trails and swimming facilities.
Comments on the plan will be accepted until the close of business on Nov. 17.
