Eric Young failed to give credit to the wonderful achievement of Annie Condon with regard to her success in the National Spelling Bee (The Billings Gazette, May 31). The headline of "Billings 13-year-old advances far in National Spelling Bee before falling short of final" should have read: “Billings 13 year old advanced far in the National Spelling Bee." Your headline reminded me of a statement of Richard Nixon when he addressed an Olympic Silver Medal winner. Nixon said he was “sorry that she lost!”
