Just this morning, I took my granddaughter to school as her mother had to work the late night. I live in midtown and her school is Castle Rock. Going to and from, I counted five cars run red lights — not yellow, red lights. I returned home and see in today's paper that a woman was hit and killed out on King and 48th.

The drivers in this town are out of control, so why doesn't the Billings Police Department do more to enforce the laws? May I suggest that they hire 10 new officers and double the fines and maybe bring back some rule of law to this town. How many more people have to be injured or killed before something is done?
