According to The Billings Gazette, the city and the Big Sky Economic Council are spending $90,000 for the Coulson Park Master Plan, which is 13 acres.
YRPA developed an 18-acre urban pond (Joel's Pond) behind the Scheels store on Shiloh Road. For less than $90,000 YRPA completed a master plan, built a paved parking lot, installed two picnic shelters, built a handicap accessible fishing dock, installed a head gate to the BBWA canal, purchased a water right, hydroseeded 60,000 square feet, and much more.
How did we accomplish this: Vision, volunteers and very little resources!
