Oprah Winfrey poses in the press room with the Cecil B. DeMille Award last year at the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

OPRAH AND O'ROURKE: Former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke will head to New York next month for a live interview with Oprah Winfrey as he continues to mull a 2020 presidential run.

O'Rourke will be part of "Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations from Times Square" on Feb. 5. He'll speak to Winfrey one-on-one as part of an event featuring others, including actors Bradley Cooper and Michael B. Jordan.

O'Rourke, 46, rose to national Democratic prominence while nearly unseating Republican Sen. Ted Cruz in deep red-Texas last November.

Despite other top Democrats taking steps to likely join the 2020 presidential race, O'Rourke's camp suggests he won't make up his mind for at least a few more weeks.

Winfrey herself has been the subject of 2020 chatter, but has said she doesn't plan to run.

DUI CHARGES: The half-brother of Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, is facing a drunken-driving charge after an arrest in Oregon.

State police said Thomas Wayne Markle Jr. was visibly intoxicated when he was pulled over at about 1:30 a.m. Friday in Josephine County, in southwestern Oregon. Authorities said his blood-alcohol content was 0.11 percent, above the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

The 52-year-old from Grants Pass was taken to a detox center.

Meghan Markle, a former actress, married Prince Harry last May. They are expecting their first child.

The duchess is reportedly estranged from her father's family. Thomas Markle Sr. said in a television interview last month he had not heard from her since the wedding.

Thomas Markle Jr. did not appear to have a listed phone number, and it was not clear how to reach him for comment.

'90 DAY FIANCE': Police say a Brazilian woman featured on a TV show about people who receive U.S. immigration visas while planning marriage has been arrested and accused of attacking her husband in Las Vegas.

Officer Jacinto Rivera said 32-year-old Larissa Dos Santos Lima was jailed early Friday on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge at a home east of the Las Vegas Strip.

An attorney who represented Dos Santos Lima in the past didn't immediately respond to messages.

Rivera says Dos Santos Lima accused husband Colt Johnson of attacking her, but officers determined she was the primary aggressor.

Court records show Dos Santos Lima was arrested twice before in Las Vegas, in June and November, on a similar misdemeanor charge. Both cases were dismissed.

Dos Santos Lima and Johnson are featured on the TLC show "90 Day Fiance."

TAKING IT TO THE RING: Two French rappers who fought a running battle inside a Paris airport with their entourages over the summer are seeking to take their dispute into a boxing ring in Belgium.

Booba, one of France's most successful rap artists, announced on social media a "light-heavyweight category" bout at the Palais 12 venue in Brussels on April 5.

Fabrizio Gentile, who manages the Palais 12 program agenda, said Friday that "we have indeed received a request and we are considering it." He declined to say whether a boxing ring had been requested.

Twelve people were involved in the Aug. 1 battle at Orly airport. Booba and his one-time collaborator Kaaris were given 18-month suspended sentences and fined 50,000 euros (more than $57,000) each.

Belgian media say city authorities oppose the Brussels bout.
