RailPros Field Services understands the issues surrounding railroad flagging services, having been in the railroad operations and construction business for more than 30 years and having provided qualified contract flagging associates for over seven years. RailPros Field Services ensures that all our flagging associates have extensive railroad experience, most of them being retired track and signal staff. All flagging associates are up-to-date with their rules class qualifications and are required to submit daily work reports, providing extensive communication and service. Additionally, RailPros Field Services has invested in GPS-enabled devices which allow continuous monitoring of all associate locations and movements. In addition to the obvious safety and operations improvements, the GPS location information ensures accurate reporting and billing. RailPros Field Services believes in reliability and accountability for our work.
RailPros Field Services has provided contract flagging for track and signal construction, track maintenance, third party installations, and inspections. We provide flagging support for third party contracts such as grade separations and utility crossings, railroad track, signal, and bridge improvements, emergencies, and other needs.
We have a number of flagging associates available who can mobilize to a new location and quickly be qualified to perform railroad flagging services.
In addition, we regularly test and audit our staff. We conduct regular conference calls and on-site meetings and inspections to ensure our staff provides the best service possible. RailPros Field Services also provides manual development and training to support on-track construction activities. We have provided training for track workers, supervisors, and managers, covering such topics and basic railroad maintenance, track inspection, CWR inspection and maintenance, FRA track safety standards, and railroad design.
