Formed at the turn of the 20th century by a group of Billings pastors, Family Service has been active in Yellowstone County since 1906. Ledgers and notes from the early days show funds being used to help pay for medicine for sick children and clothing being provided to a family whose home was destroyed by fire.

Although, no longer run by area pastors, Family Service continues to extend a helping hand to neighbors in need through our bountiful food boxesrent and utility assistanceclothing quartereducational funding for better employment and other special projects.
