The walk will start in the morning at the Blackfeet Community College in Browning. It will be followed by a search for Arden Pepion on Saturday afternoon and Leo Wagner on Sunday morning.
The online database, known as MMIP Montana, is scheduled to launch to the public in about a week or two. It is a comprehensive website designed to streamline the process of reporting missing Indigenous people in Montana.
The human remains uncovered on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation last week have been shipped to a lab in Quantico, Virgina, where they will be analyzed in hopes of identifying them, a Federal Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman said Monday.
