GREAT FALLS - Great Falls native Dannica Brennan has signed a letter of intent to swim at the University of Arkansas.
Brennan, who has lived and trained in Federal Way, Wash., for just over two years, was recruited by about 15 schools and made her final choice after considering Texas A&M, Virginia Tech and the University of Washington.
She swam for the Falls Aquatic Swim Team and also competed for Great Falls High as a freshman before moving to the Seattle area to train.
Brennan qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials last summer in the 100 meter and 200 meter backstroke.
The Razorbacks are ranked in the Top 25 of NCAA Division I teams and compete in the Southeastern Conference.
