BOZEMAN -- The Montana State women’s basketball team clinched a berth in the Big Sky Conference postseason tournament with a 56-48 victory over Southern Utah on Monday at Worthington Arena.

Kalli Durham scored a game-high 17 points while making 10 of 10 foul shots to lead the Bobcats (16-11, 10-8 Big Sky). Durham also had 10 rebounds and five steals.

Latisha Adams added 13 points for MSU.

Andrea Jones came off the bench to make 5 of 11 from the floor and lead Southern Utah (13-15, 7-11) with 15 points, while teammate Hailey Mandelko added 11 points.

The Bobcats shot nearly 82 percent from the foul line (18 of 22), which offset 27 percent shooting from the field (16 of 59).

The Big Sky Conference women’s tournament will be held March 14-16 on the campus of the regular-season league champion.
