HELENA — Montana State safety Jordan Craney shares the final Big Sky Conference defensive player of the week honor for the 2010 season.

The senior from Pocatello, Idaho, had seven tackles and a key interception in Montana State's 21-16 win at Montana. The win secured a share of the regular-season title and the league's automatic berth in the Football Championships Subdivision playoffs.

Craney intercepted Montana quarterback Justin Roper in the third quarter on the Bobcat 19-yard line, with the Bobcats holding a 21-14 lead.

The league also honored Northern Arizona running back Giovannie Dixon, Eastern Washington linebacker J.C. Sherritt and NAU punter Drew Zamora.
