Will Poehls announced his retirement from the NFL after a five-year career with six different teams.

Poehls posted a note on Twitter announcing his decision Saturday.

Poehls entered the league as an undrafted free agent and was signed by the Tennessee Titans in 2014. During his career he spent time with the Titans, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts and most recently, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He played with the Grizzlies from 2010-2013 as a right guard where he played in 44 games.
