DICKINSON, N.D. — Four athletes from eastern Montana have signed letters of intent to play football at Dickinson State in North Dakota.

The Blue Hawk football program announced the signing of all-state running back Ethan Albrecht of Laurel, who could also kick and punt. DSU has also signed tight end and defensive end Chris Kurkowski of Miles City, quarterback, running back and linebacker Matt McCoy of Plentywood and quarterback and safety Jaylen Sokoloski of Wibaux.

Kurkowski was a member of state championship teams in 2008 and 2010 and was the state Class A heavyweight wrestling champion this winter.

McCoy was selected to play in the Class B all-star game while Sokoloski played in three state championship football games and was chosen to play in the Montana 8-Man all-star game.
