HELENA -- Carroll College seniors Bubba Bartlett and Gary Wagner will play in separate football all-star games on Saturday.
Quarterback Gary Wagner, who threw for 1,876 yards and 21 touchdowns to lead the Saints to their sixth NAIA national championship in December, will play in the Dixie Gridiron Classic in St. George, Utah.
Wagner, a Havre native, was the MVP of the NAIA championship game and a finalist for NAIA Offensive Player Of The Year. The Dixie Gridiron Classic features 90 of the top graduating seniors from the Western U.S.
Tight end Bubba Bartlett, who led the Saints last fall with 62 catches for 651 yards and six touchdowns, will play in the NFLPA Texas vs. The Nation game at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

Bartlett, a two-time NAIA All-American from Rathdrum, Idaho, is the third Carroll player to be selected to the Texas vs. The Nation game, joining Casey Fitzsimons (2003) and Tyler Emmert (2006).
The Texas vs. The Nation game features top collegiate players originally from Texas or who play college football in Texas against top players from around the nation. A remarkable 93 percent (111 of 119) players from the 2009 Texas vs. The Nation game went on to sign NFL contracts.
Former Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons coach Jerry Glanville, currently the coach at Portland State, will coach The Nation team. Former Dallas Cowboys player Bill Bates and former University of Miami coach Larry Coker, currently the coach at Texas-San Antonio, will coach Team Texas.
Both games kick off at noon Mountain time. The Texas vs. The Nation game will be televised live on CBS College Sports (Bresnan cable channel 411 in Billings).
