Three members of the Rocky Mountain College women’s volleyball team have been selected as all-Frontier Conference first-team performers.
Senior Jessica Overstreet and juniors Kristin Barott and Sara Brunner were picked to the 13-member first team, which was announced Thursday night in Lewiston, Idaho.
Overstreet is a middle blocker, Barott is a setter and Brunner is an outside hitter. Brunner and Barott also made the first team last year.
Rocky junior Jillian Bates, a right-side hitter, received second-team recognition.
Regular-season champion Lewis-Clark State placed four players on the first team. Carroll College tied Rocky with three selections.
L-C State outside hitter Nicole Graybeal was chosen as the Frontier’s player of the year and newcomer of the year. Jennifer Greeny, coach of the Warriors, was voted as the coach of the year.
Carroll’s Maureen Frauenholtz was tabbed as the libero of the year and Averi Pasma of the University of Great Falls was the freshman of the year.
