ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- Antoine Proctor's career-high 35 points were not enough as Central Washington outlasted Montana State Billings, 115-107 Saturday night in men's basketball.
The Yellowjackets (9-7, 4-4) return home for three straight games starting next Saturday against Seattle Pacific.
The 107 points ranks 17th for a single game for MSUB, while the combined 222 points ranks 10th all-time in Yellowjacket history.
Proctor, a senior guard, finished 8 of 17 from the field with a pair of 3-pointers and was 17 of 20 from the free throw line. The 17 made free throws ranks tied for fourth all-time in a single game. Proctor scored 30 in Thursday's win at Northwest Nazarene.
MSUB was 37 of 46 from the free throw line.
Senior point guard Jaxon Myaer scored 25 points for the second straight game, while Taylor Stevens added 20 and Robert Mayes 11.
Lacy Haddock led the Wildcats (8-7, 2-5) with 35 points. He was 12 of 16 from the field and 10 for 13 from the free throw line. Tyler Toussaint added 23 and Jody Johnson 20 for CWU.
MSUB led 98-95 with four minutes remaining on a Stevens' 3-pointer. The Wildcats took the lead for good on two Johnson free throws with 3:27 remaining.
