West vs. CMR soccer

Lexie Bloyder of Billings West has signed to play for the Montana State Billings women's soccer program next season.

BILLINGS -- Lexie Bloyder of Billings headlines a list of nine recruits to sign NCAA letters of intent for the Montana State Billings women’s soccer program.

All nine players will be incoming freshmen.

Bloyder is an all-state midfielder for Billings West. She was a four-year letterwinner for the Bears and was selected the team’s player of the year as a senior after leading West in goals scored.

“Lexie is a creative player with the ability to play a number of positions in the attack,” said MSUB coach Stephen Cavallo. “She is a strong one-on-one dribbler and possesses good field vision. She is a player with a strong upside, and we are happy to have a local player in our recruiting class.”

Joining Bloyder at MSUB this fall are: Brooke Berg, forward, Spokane Valley, Washington; Josie Corbin, midfielder, Richland, Washington; Emily Gaines, forward, Leavenworth, Washington; Haylee Gunter, midfielder, Buckley, Washington; Abby Hamilton, goalkeeper, Lander, Wyoming; Julia Keller, midfielder, Munich, Germany; Lindsey Meyer, midfielder, Laramie, Wyoming; Abby Peterson, defender, Sammamish, Washington.
