Wyoming football has signed Levi Williams, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound pro-style quarterback from Spring Branch, Texas.

Brown, who committed to the Cowboys on Jan. 20, also had an offer from Houston. He signed with the Cougars during the early signing period but opted not to attend Houston after Major Applewhite was fired in late December.

He is ranked as a three-star recruit by Rivals and 247Sports. Williams will go through spring practice as an early enrollee.
