SHERIDAN -- The Sheridan College Lady Generals basketball program has announced that Tiana Hanson of Shepherd has signed her national letter of intent for the 2013-2014 season.

Hanson averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds per contest as she led the Fillies to the State B girls basketball touranment, earning first-team all-conference and all-state honors as well.

"Tiana is going to be very important to continuing the success that our program has had," said head coach Frank McCarthy. "She adds a combination of length and athleticism that gives opposing defenses nightmares."

Hanson joins Shae Bruursema (Reed Point) and Samirah Dennis (Billings West) as other Montana stars who've signed with the Generals this spring.
