GLENDIVE - The Laurel Locomotives overcame a sluggish fourth-quarter as they remained unbeaten in Eastern A league play with a hard-fought 43-37 win over Glendive on Saturday afternoon.

Bobby Anderson scored a team-high 13 points to lead Laurel to their 24th consecutive conference win, while Brett Thompson added 11 points - all in the first half - by knocking down three 3-pointers.

After building a 38-26 lead late in the third quarter, Glendive rallied to cut the gap to 39-35 with just under a minute to play in the game before Laurel sealed the win at the free throw line.

 Bryden Boehning scored a game-high 15 to lead the Red Devils.

Laurel improves to 6-2 overall and 4-0 in conference play, while Glendive dropped to 0-4 in league play and 2-7 overall.
