On Saturday, the Billings Central girls surrendered their first goal of the season in a win over Laurel. On Tuesday, however, the Rams responded with their seventh shutout of the season, a 5-0 win at Livingston.

Allie Lucas finished with two goals and a pair of assists, while Holly Davison added another two goals. Kelsi Nusbaum netted the other goal for Central, now 8-0.

"In the second half, we dropped into a possession game and worked on some other skills on the field, which was good for us," coach Laurie Stergar said. "Livingston was a good team and they played us hard. We had to work hard for our possession, so it was a good win."

Central returns to Billings for a 10 a.m. Saturday game against Belgrade.
