COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Belgrade's Alison Weisz eclipsed the top American score in women's air rifle with a world-class total of 630.9 en route to winning the match at the Winter Airgun Championships here over the weekend. 

Butte's Nick Mowrer, a 2012 Olympian, earned the victory by 12 points in the men's air pistol. 

Ivan Roe of Manhattan, a former Murray State standout, was the top finisher in men's air rifle.

Overall, nearly 500 shooters are competing at the largest WAG in history, according to a press release from USA Shooting.
