Senior sweeps Bozeman Billings Senior swept Bozeman 8-1 and 4-2 in two Eastern AA games that were the final regular-season contests for both teams Friday at Central Park.

The Broncs finished the season with a 6-4 Eastern AA mark and 13-9 overall record.

Terryn Fugere pitched a four-hitter and Sara Tuomi had two hits and drove in two runs for Senior in the first game.

In the second contest, Jenna Haacke smacked a home run while Kelly Rickard went the distance on the mound.

The Broncs will begin defense of their state title at the Class AA tournament next Thursday in Kallispell.
