CASPER, Wyo. — Chris Prosinski of Buffalo and Tahnee Robinson of Lander are the winners of the annual Milward Simpson Award, which goes to the top male and female high school student-athletes who were seniors this past school year.
The awards were announced during the Wyoming Sports Hall of Fame banquet Saturday.
Prosinski was an all-state athlete in football, basketball and track. Buffalo won the Class 4A state football championship last fall and the state 3A basketball title. Prosinski won the 100-meter dash, the 110 hurdles and the long jump in the 3A at the state track meet. He will play football at the University of Wyoming next fall.
Robinson was all-state in basketball four times and all-state in volleyball three times. She will play basketball at UW.
