BILLINGS — Former Dickinson State defensive back Jay Liggins will sign with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent, according to Sports Illustrated's Conor Orr.

Liggins, a Memphis native, would be the first Blue Hawk to play in the NFL, per the Bismarck, North Dakota-based KXMB

Over his four years at DSU, the 6-foot-2 Liggins recorded 151 tackles and 13 interceptions, including eight during his senior season.
